The stones on these gorgeous earrings may be hematite. I do not promise that's what they are, as the overall weight of the earrings is rather light. The stones could also be onyx or glass with a hematite finish.
The silver is stamped Sterling, and tests as silver. The filigree work is gorgeous, and makes the size of the earrings substantial while keeping the weight light. These are clip on earrings, and the clip is still tight (doesn't wiggle around when being worn).
