I'm offering this because I also have this very ring advertised on eBay with free shipping.
This ring was handcrafted of sterling silver and genuine citrine. The stone is almost an orange yellow in color. It is eye clean, and I didn't detect any inclusions under 10x magnification, so the stone may have been heat treated. However, I think the color is completely natural. The stone is over 1/2 carat in size, and could be as much as a full carat.
